Database World Population 2010

In our 2010 Population Database you will find social and demographic data for over 180 countries and world regions. From current population figures, fertility rate, life expectancy and the proportion of population with HIV/AIDS to the projected population for 2025 and 2050. We offer a review of more than 17 indicators for the country or region of your choice.

This database (in Dutch only) is set up in the framework of 'Reproductive Health for All', an advocacy and awareness campaign to promote universal access to sexual and reproductive health as key to achieving the Millennium Development Goals.

The organisations involved in this campaig want to bring this message across to political decision makers, civil society organisations and concerned citizens. The campaign runs from 2008 to 2011 in Germany, The Netherlands, Austria, Poland and Spain. The campaign is partially financed by the European Union.
